Tafany is a Saudi consulting company based in Riyadh.
We build a platform that helps companies design their organization, plan their workforce and price their pay. We also provide HR services as a separate offering — policies, org structure, grading and workforce plans — with or without the platform.
Tafany is the Arabic word for dedication, pronounced ta-fa-nee. It means complete commitment and mastery in one's work — doing something thoroughly and with great care. That same spirit drives every feature of this platform.
